The Noise Factory

The Noise Factory is our brand-new Foley sound studio, envisioned as a laboratory for joy, experimentation, and collaboration; a place for student workshops, private parties, and professional recording sessions; a creative factory to reimagine and generate wholly original narrative arcs through bespoke soundscapes and aural acrobatics.

The studio is packed with microphones, speakers, musical instruments, and everyday household items like pots and pans, boxes of rocks, bags of rice, and trash can lids that can be operated to fabricate weather events, galloping horses, street scenes, car chases, the incoming tide, and much more. The Noise Factory is a space for people who want to be heard.
