In 2013 Visit Pittsburgh commissioned Bricolage to create a walking tour for the Americans for the Arts Convention.
Winding through the streets of downtown Pittsburgh, into historic buildings, along the Allegheny River, and over the Rachel Carson bridge, pedestrians encountered Pittsburgh legends on their journey through our iconic city. They put on shoes with Fred Rogers, danced under the convention center with Martha Graham, got schooled by August Wilson and Rachel Carson, tripped the light fantastic with Gene Kelly, and were photographed by Andy Warhol.
This legendary pilgrimage showcased Pittsburgh and its people at their finest!
